You can access Gateway's Support page and easily access your model laptops downloads.  I would suggest that you input your serial number, you end up with more accurate information.  Gateway has come a long way to being a nice laptop to use. 

Since I have not tried calling their technical support I do not know what type of service you will receive.  Good Luck if you do call them.
