If you own a Panasonic Toughbook you definitely have an eye for quality.  I think that it is one of the best laptops made.  However the downside to such a great laptop is the usability of the Panasonic website.  This website is the worst to navigate among all of the laptop manufacturers websites.

Navigating the website is only beginning however, first you need to find the model number of your Panasonic ToughBook.  You will only need the first few letters and numbers.  The model number starts with a CF Here is an example model number CF-48S4HLUPM .  This will aid you in finding the correct downloads for your model.

Next you will need to go to the laptop support site.  Here is the link.  You will need to create a user account (Not sure why they require this part) it is free.  You can then search on your model Toughbook.

This is the main download center.  You will find it unfriendly and very vague. I have tried to call Panasonic about software driver issues and have had mixed success.  It all depends on your luck of the draw.  I usually get an American on the phone.  Don't expect any warranty work on a laptop that you bought second hand.  The warranty is non transferable.  If you are the original owner you shouldn't have a problem.
