You can reach the Dell Support website by using this link.  Quite frankly I find their support site hard to use and time consuming.  You must create an account which is free.  In order to find information about your Dell Laptop you will need your service tag number.

If you do not want to log in.  Here are some important links from the support main page:

• Latest Virus Threats posted by McAfee

Otherwise you will need to log in to find the specific drivers for your Dell Laptop.  Don't forget your service tag number.  I have found they do not specifically let you know which drivers will work with the service tag number that you have so you will need to play search and test with all the drivers for your model Dell laptop.
